"I love the way the classes make me totally focus and clear my mind of everything else and how relaxed but energised I feel afterwards. Everything is really well explained and I really appreciate the personal posture correction. Angela is great at introducing the postures to new people while maintaining the pace and flow of the class for those that have had a little more experience. She is also very mindful of anyone who may have issues / injuries and require modifications. My only complaint is it is only once a week - I would like to do more!"
