The classes follow the Ashtanga Primary series with additional deep stretches and core strengthening exercises. This is a strong and dynamic class lasting an hour and a half which will quickly develop both strength and flexibility.
The Beginners class of an hour is an excellent introduction in to Ashtanga yoga. It will safely build a solid foundation on which to develop your yoga practice in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Benefits include increased stamina and flexibility, enhanced muscle tone, a release of tension, greater peace of mind and increased awareness of your body.

Angela Bradbery is a qualified, experienced and motivated yoga teacher.
Angela first started yoga in 2001 and completed a 200 hour Teacher Training in 2007. She has attended numerous additional courses including AshtangaTeacher Training Immersion Course with David Swenson and a Yoga Therapy Foundation Course with The Yoga Biomedical Trust. She continues to develop her practice by attending regular classes, workshops and retreats.
Angela has been teaching private and group classes since 2007. She has an approachable and friendly style of teaching and takes time with each student to nurture their potential.
In 2009 Angela moved out of Ealing and now splits her teaching between Ealing and her home in Brailes, Warwickshire.
